Rhod Gilbert: Who’s Eaten Gilbert’s Grape?

The hilarious welsh misery has been invited to perform at every major comedy festival in the world. He’s been listed in both The Times ‘Top 50 Comedians’ poll and the Rough Guide To British Cult Comedy’s ‘Top 50 Icons’ and has appeared on ‘Never Mind The Buzzcocks’ and ‘Mock The Week’. Don’t miss this award-winning comedian and star of BBC Radio Wales in his brand new show.

After recently watching the movie 'What's Eating Gilbert Grape?', Rhod Gilbert was struck by the movie's parallels with his own life. If Gilbert Grape's life had taken a slight detour, then Rhod Gilbert's life has fallen asleep at the wheel and driven into a ravine. Gilbert picks up the story after his Perrier nominated show “1984”. That was about the worst year of his life; then things got worse.
