Gavin Webster
Gavin Webster is sick and tired of being a figurehead for a disaffected generation. He’s bored of being at the cutting edge of revolutionary spoken word and voice of the YTS kids of the 80s. He’s also fed up of being copied and rehashed by his so called younger, better looking imitators. So as a result he’s going to do a show with jokes so quickly performed, they can’t possibly be stolen, musical set pieces that are so scurrilous that they can’t be generically rehashed and routines so new, that they are even influential of the past.
‘Like a Geordie superman on acid…this is a must see show’ The Stage
‘A show that is no nonsense yet simultaneously full of it… his daftness is little short of surreal genius’ Chortle
‘Superb at engaging the audience, it makes for an endearingly unpredictable show’ Scotsman
